Payouts are processed on the agreed-upon dates and transferred to the investor's designated bank account.

Pave Funds reserves the right to delay payments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as banking issues or regulatory requirements.

6. Fees and Charges

Pave Funds does not charge management fees. However, investors are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their investment.

Other transaction-related fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Pave Funds respects your privacy and will not share your personal or financial information without consent, except as required by law.

Investors must also maintain confidentiality regarding the operations of Pave Funds and refrain from disclosing proprietary information.

8. Compliance with Laws

Investors agree to comply with all applicable financial and tax laws in their jurisdiction.

Pave Funds is a private investment community and does not operate as a licensed financial institution.

9. Amendments to Terms

Pave Funds reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

We will notify investors of any changes through the Pave Funds platform or other communication channels.

10. Termination of Membership

Pave Funds may terminate an investor's membership for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community.

In the event of termination, the investor's funds will be handled in accordance with the withdrawal policies.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration.

Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction determined by Pave Funds.
